Description:

Wesley Chapel (Tampa Bay Area), FL; Cypress Creek Preserve Trails. Flat course; 60% trails. Mostly grass / sand trail with some paved trail sections — course is closed to vehicle traffic. Mostly Flat — Surface: Grass, Sand, Crushed Coral, Asphalt Trail – Relay option available.

A premier 100 mile and 100-furlong (12.5 miles) running event. Great for first-timers and veterans alike! Come run our race and see beautiful, wild Florida! The Long Haul course has a little of everything FL has to offer… double track, single track, sand, and wildlife! The 2020 Winner, Harvey Lewis, stated “The course is flat but goes through beautiful tropical plants and early in the morning you can see many deer; in the evening you hear quite a lot of activity, perhaps an armadillo or maybe an elusive Florida panther. The course sneaks up on you because of the sand areas; a few root areas and the heat, but overall it’s one of the best 100-mile courses in America. It’s truly a gem!” The Long Haul 100 is also a WSER Qualifier! ALL 100 Mile finishers will receive a belt buckle and those who finish in under 30 hours will also earn a ticket into the lottery.

Course Description: 10 x 10 Mile Loops
